Eddie Martinez and Jorge came out to give me a quote for an electrical issue. They both did a good investigation to narrow it down to what the issue might be before quoting me so that the quote would be fair and reasonable. I had some other quotes, but I had a feeling that Eddie and Jorge were smarter and were more focused on our issue to narrow it and rule out certain things. I went ahead and accepted the quote, and I’m so happy I did! They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong during the troubleshooting, and they were on the right track from the outset! Very smart guys! They worked very hard and had to troubleshoot a lot of areas. We had loose wiring in one of our bathrooms which made the lights go off in other areas! They fixed all the fans that were not working also because I had a “handyman” install those! They tidied up after, and you’d never know they were here. I am having them quote another job for us to replace a panel. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first preference for any electrical work.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Luis with Absolute Power Electrical Contractors. He initially came out for an estimate the same day I called the office on Friday. I agreed to the quote, and Luis and Mason were able to start Monday morning. Luis did an outstanding job making sure I understood the scope of the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. Luis found that the house wasn't properly grounded, so they were able to take care of this too. The work was completed in less than two days' time. I highly recommend this company! Great job!

Eduardo and his team came out to provide a free quote for some flickering lights and a couple of other small concerns we had. He spent over two hours troubleshooting; he was determined to solve the problem. The priority turned out to be a switch that was only compatible with halogen and incandescent light bulbs. Once he swapped out for a switch compatible with my LED lights, problem solved! The price was very reasonable for all the effort it took. By the way, I had another electrical company come out to investigate prior to Absolute sending Eduardo out…they were talking about upgrading my exterior panel, new breakers, etc. I’m sure glad I called Absolute! This was my second very positive experience with this company. I have to say, whomever is doing the hiring, they are hiring only QUALITY electricians. Had a breaker which was tripping and impacted 2 rooms in my house. I changed out the breaker and tried everything I knew to troubleshoot. I was not successful. I called Absolute Power and the next day they sent someone. Raul and apprentice Mason were on time and both extremely professional and friendly. They walked me through the entire process and provided me with a solution to my breaker (circuit) problem. They also ensured every room and outlet were functional and properly protected.
